********* 45th Annual Kirchenfest: August 22nd and 23rd *********
104 days and counting!!!
Okay – we are almost within the “100 day” mark before the weekend. Lots of
things are happening behind the scenes to make it another great weekend. We
are getting ready for parades, preparing band lineups, finalizing brochures and
posters, designing beer steins, printing raffle tickets…and the list goes on! We will
be presenting the band lineup in the bulletin soon as well as posting it to the
website this weekend. This is a great time to invite others (friends, family, co-
workers) so they can get it on their calendars! This is also a good time to think
about volunteering…we have a few stand chairs open but will have plenty of
opportunities for stand workers…we will pass those along as we identify them!
Funnel Cake Stand: Saturday and Sunday (great fundraiser stand)
North Soda Stand: Saturday
KFest Trivia: “I Dood It” is one of the most popular games at Kirchenfest. The
question of the week is: What year was this game introduced? Where did the idea
for this game come from?
