45th Annual Kirchenfest Aug 22nd & 23rd

*** 55 days and counting ***

Stand Chairs – you should be preparing your worker’s list now. We need the lists by the 1st of

August – regardless if it is complete or not. You will soon be receiving a packet in the mail from the

parish office regarding the submittal of the worker’s list. The process for listing stand openings,

signing up for openings and maintaining worker’s list is all being automated and integrated…more

to come soon. Thank you to Braden Henze and Gavin Rehkemper for their efforts in this new

For all of our St Paul parishioners – it would be great if every family could volunteer for, at the

minimum, one shift (2 hours)! That would help us greatly and would result in filling open positions!

There is plenty of opportunity to help – feel free to contact any of us and we will direct you to the

right stand. Our volunteer website will be up and functioning soon.

Recently we have had the opportunity to attend other local church festivals and nothing compares

to our “Kirchenfest”. We are SO blessed to have such wonderful and giving parishioners – without

YOU Kirchenfest would NOT be successful. It’s all about TIME, TALENT and TREASURES!

Raffle ticket packets will be available in the rectory office beginning June 30th and will be distributed

after all masses on July 11th. YOU CAN TAKE AS MANY PACKETS AS YOU WANT!
