45th Kirchenfest Aug 22nd & 23rd

This amazing church festival cannot happen without lots of volunteers. If you are new to the parish –
getting involved in Kirchenfest is the best way to get to know other parishioners. If you are an existing
parishioner and have never been involved – we would love to utilize your services. If you are not sure
where your services can be utilized – please give one of us a call, call the parish office or send us an email –
we will get you to the right stand!
Stand chairs:
1) Continue to complete your workers list.
2) You should have received instructions for submitting workers lists and for posting openings online
(new software created by Gavin Rehkemper and Braden Henze just for Kirchenfest!)
3) If you are not comfortable submitting your list online please send your list electronically to Braden
Henze at braden@stpaulkirchenfest or Andrea Henze at andibug@gmail.com or drop your list at the
office.
Volunteers:
1) Instructions for identifying openings and signing up can be found at www.kirchencrew.com
2) Instructions for locating your shift(s) for the weekend can also be found at www.kirchencrew.com

Our volunteers – both parishioners and community – are what makes our event so “special”. There is no
other event like Kirchenfest and it is because of people like you who “step up” and answer the call! Words
can’t describe how proud we are to call St Paul “our parish” and Kirchenfest “our festival”!!
Raffle tickets are available at each entrance of church as well as the church office.
