45th Kirchenfest Aug 22nd & 23rd

Wow! It’s almost here! When I think of August I think of 3 things:
1. School starting…
2. Cardinals in first place…
3. The smell of Kirchenfest in the air!
Thanks to all who have signed up to chair and work a stand. Still plenty of opportunities to help out or
participate before and during the weekend:

Bring up your “hidden treasures” to the MEGA Flea Market
Donate an item to the Auction
Help setup beginning Monday , August 17th
Sign up for a shift(s)
Bake a pie and/or cake for the chicken dinner and/or cake stand
Organize a group to bid on the dinners at the auction
Run a race – Strassenlauf
Bid on items at the auction
Go “scavenger hunting” at the MEGA Flea Market
Ride a bike – Kirchenride “Holy Spokes”
Relax at the wine garden
Join us at the polka mass on Sunday
Enjoy family style dining at our famous Chicken Dinner on Sunday!
Enjoy a Bavarian Skillet or any of the other fine foods
Enjoy the many domestic and craft beers
Come and enjoy your church family – invite your friends!
Stand chairs:
1. Get your list updated on www.kirchencrew.com by August 5th so we can list our openings
2. If you are not comfortable submitting your list online please send your list electronically to Braden
Henze at braden@stpaulkirchenfest.com or Andrea Henze at andibug@gmail.com or drop your list at
the office.

Brochures: We have plenty of brochures – feel free to share with your friends and family. If you
would like to take a handful to your office or maybe to your past parish just let us know!
Raffle tickets: Available at each entrance of church as well as the church office.
